Robin did an excellent job of recently selling a family property. She helped in staging the home to make it appealing to the current market. She put a “Coming Soon Sign” in the yard to pre-market the property. The day it went on the market we had a solid contract and it sold that buyer; the next day we had a backup offer. Robin was always available and responded in a timely manner to all my e-mails, text, and phone calls. We closed on the property sooner than originally planned.
